Corporate Social Responsibility
OCSC recognises it has a responsibility to the environment and society in general.
Our Engineers and Technicians are at the forefront of ensuring that the environment is protected for future generations.
OCSC also support many charities and local community projects. It is policy that at Christmas that we make financial donation to (homeless) charities, rather than giving corporate gifts.
OCSC partners with the charity SUAS, where employees can volunteer to mentor school children who need support with reading and writing.
Other CSR initiatives include providing an all weather pitch for a local primary school.
Chartership Support Programme
OCSC recognise that your early career years are very important, as you make the transition from College to Chartership.
We recognise that lifelong learning is important to you as a Chartered Engineer. We offer regular ‘lunch and learn’ opportunities, as part of our CPD programme. Our CPD programme is broad and focused on all lifetime learning and wellness.

Technology at OCSC
At OCSC we use Citrix servers and Secure VPN networks to allow secure home/hybrid working. OCSC embrace emerging technologies and new software developments.
All our OCSC employees work with the most up to date software packages, including Autodesk Suites, Scia, Tedds, Tekla, Micro Drainage, IES, Bluebeam, Lightening Reality, Ellipse, Lumion and many more.
The IT team are always available to enable you to create better client outcomes with technology.
Fun at OCSC
OCSC recognise that social activities are an important part of a modern progressive workplace. We organise numerous social activities throughout the year including a summer BBQ and a Christmas party. OCSC participates in various fun competitions and sometimes we even win!
