Construction is progressing well for Royal Arsenal Phase A-Blocks. Phase 10 consists of one 21-storey block and one 17-storey block A3 & A4, consisting of 271 flats, ranging from 1 to 3 beds. The building includes a basement car park with a connection to a high-efficiency district heating system, modular components, efficient Mechanical ventilation, load management electrical car charging points and wireless access control systems. Construction is set to complete by August 2023.
