We are delighted to unveil East Village – Clay Farm! OCSC has provided the Mechanical and Electrical design for 295 stunning apartments complete with residential amenities. Our team has gone above and beyond to ensure the highest level of energy efficiency and sustainability. OCSC also provided advice on EU taxonomy compliance on behalf of the new building owner. Some of the standout features include a district heating system, air source heat pumps, combined heating and power, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery and electric vehicle charging.
