The development features 7no. apartment blocks of varying heights over a combined basement. OCSC provided Structural and Civil Engineering services for the client, Royalton Group. Hamilton Gardens boasts multiple gym areas, a supermarket, pharmacy, cinema, sports pitch and shared working office units.
