The M&E Board of Directors at OCSC is delighted to announce the appointment of Eamon Prendergast and Brian Farrington two new Associate Directors. Eamon and Brian have demonstrated exceptional commitment and dedication, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. Their expertise will be invaluable to drive our company’s strategic plans and contribute significantly to our continued success.

Eamon is a Chartered Building Services Engineer with 13 years of experience in the design and delivery of projects in the Commercial, Retail, Education, Healthcare and Residential sectors. Eamon joined OCSC in 2013 as a Project Engineer and has progressed to his current role as Associate Director. Eamon is now focused on leading a highly talented team to ensure exceptional design and delivery of projects.

Brian is a Chartered Electrical Engineer who joined OCSC in 2022 as an Associate, having spent the previous 10 years working in the UK. Brian originally qualified as an Electrician before obtaining a degree in Electrical Engineering from DIT and a Masters in Building Services Engineering from Brunel University. Brian has a wealth of experience in Residential, Commercial, Retail and Hotel sectors and has worked on some of the largest developments in Europe. Brian’s key goals are to help to develop and train the next generation of engineers in OCSC and to build lasting client relationships through the delivery of exemplary design projects.

I am delighted to be able to further advance my career with OCSC. There is great opportunity for progression in OCSC which is nurtured through a remarkable working environment and innovative projects.
