OCSC would like to congratulate FKP Architects – Fitzgerald Kavanagh + Partners – RIAI on winning the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI) Architecture Award under the category ‘Conservation, Adaption and Re-Use for Lower House Grangegorman last week, This project is a stunning example of a highly challenging but successful restoration and adaptive re-use of the derelict ruins of the 19th century protected structure of the former ‘Richmond Lunatic Asylum’ into a modern 3rd level educational hub. OCSC is proud to have provided full Multidisciplinary Services on this fantastic project including Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing.
