Point A Hotel – Progress Update

We are delighted to share that there has been significant progress made in the construction of two additional floors (804m²) on top of an existing seven-storey hotel building, resulting in a nine-storey building with a total gross floor area of 4,857m² at Point A Hotel, Parnell Street, Dublin 1.

Despite ongoing structural works, the hotel has remained operational throughout the entire process. OCSC is proud to provide Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Consultancy services for this design and build project in partnership with Sheahan & Collins Construction Ltd.
