We are delighted to share that our project ‘The Gardens at Elm Park Green’ has achieved practical completion this week. We undertook the mechanical, electrical and sustainability design for this incredible scheme set in the heart of Dublin 4. The building is served by the central district heating system with high high-performing, energy-efficient façade, with a stunning fit-out and elegant lighting design to match the sleek interior finishes. Well done to all involved to achieve this great milestone on a fantastic project.
