We’re excited to share that works are nearing completion on this contemporary scheme of 44 apartments in Clondalkin for Catena Property Company Ltd. Located on Fonthill Road, the development has been designed by Michael Fitzpatrick Architects, with O’Connor Sutton Cronin providing full civil and structural engineering services.

OCSC’s role extends beyond the core structure, including the revision of nature-based solutions drawings for Surface Water and Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS) to enhance sustainability. The team has also optimised the structural scheme to minimise programme disruption and keep construction on track.
