We are delighted to report excellent progress at the Greenhill’s Grange Residential Development in Drogheda, being delivered for Louth County Council. This carefully planned scheme will deliver 45 high-quality sheltered homes-including a single-storey, 5-bedroom community house and forty-five single-storey, 2-bedroom homes-across a generous 1.85-hectare site in Newtownstalaban.
The development benefits from robust infrastructure, such as a newly constructed access onto the Newtown Link Road, public lighting, and 60 car parking spaces (both on-street and in-curtilage), along with dedicated cycle parking. Residents will also enjoy thoughtfully landscaped outdoor areas, including public open spaces, private gardens, and secure boundary treatments.
We are pleased to announce that the structure of the development is now complete, with civil works also approaching completion. Utilities, ESB substation, sewers, watermains, drainage attenuation, and all associated site works have been expertly coordinated, ensuring the project remains firmly on track for completion by mid-2026.
