Our O’Connor Sutton Cronin Cork office is proud to be part of the design team delivering Civil and Structural Engineering Services for the transformative redevelopment of St Francis College, Rochestown. With over 140 years of history and deep community roots, St Francis College is poised for a major transformation as it celebrates its 150th anniversary.

Supported by new government funding, construction on the innovative three-storey building will commence this year, increasing capacity from 730 to 900 students. The redevelopment will provide 19 state-of-the-art classrooms, specialist laboratories, upgraded sports facilities, and more-ensuring exceptional learning spaces for future generations.
