The UCD Multi-Purpose Performance & Examination Centre is making excellent progress on site, with weathering of the roof now complete and the installation of precast and rainscreen cladding ongoing. The project includes a 3425sqm 5-court indoor tennis centre, a 4500sqm multi use sports hall that can accommodate up to 4 basketball courts and be modified to facilitate a wide range of sports uses, and a 2260sqm performance centre housing rehearsal space along with practice rooms and administrative functions. The two storey changing village to the east provides washing and changing facilities and accommodates a large rehearsal space on the first floor.

This challenging project features halls with clear spans of 38m is being delivered on a live university campus and bridges over an existing, live services tunnel. OCSC are providing Civil, Structural, Mechanical & Electrical consultancy services on the project having delivered the Phase 1 enabling works, pitches and infrastructure project. OCSC are proud to be partnering with Coady Architects, JJ Rhatigan Building Contractors, Aecom PM and UCD to deliver this landmark project.
