College Square is one of the most exciting mixed-use development additions to Dublin’s city centre in a generation, College Square will offer 50,000 sqm (540,000 sq ft) of Grade A office space. Sustainability is key to the building design with minimised operational emissions and a LEED Platinum building accreditation. The new residential tower will deliver 58 high-end apartments.
