OCSC is delighted to share further site progress of Sugarloaf Care Centre, located just off the N11 in Kilmacanogue. This 119-bed nursing home is set over 3 levels and features an external lower ground-floor courtyard.
Construction works are advancing well with a 2-storey building nearly completed (Block A), a roof truss is currently being installed on a 3-storey building (Block B) and blockwork wall is ongoing on Block C (3 storey). OCSC is providing Civil and Structural Consultancy services on this Design and Build project with Monami Construction.
