We are delighted to share that the Administration Building ‘Boston Scientific’ Cork has fulfilled the requirements of the LEED GREEN BUILDING Rating System Certification Established by the U.S.Green Building Council and verified by green business certification IN, LEED v4 Building design and construction : New Construction and Major Renovations – LEED GOLD.

OCSC completed the Structural and Civil Design for this new 3300 square meter, three-storey, administration block which is integrated into the existing building in the centre of the site, which consists of a cafeteria and meeting rooms on the ground floor, office accommodation and collaborative spaces on the 1st and 2nd floors. Well done to the whole team involved on this fantastic project.
