O’Connor Sutton Cronin has been appointed by Carlow County Council to lead the Market Square Tullow Public Realm Upgrade Project through its critical initial stages.

Our role goes beyond surface-level improvements, focusing on how high-quality urban design can be structurally resilient, accessible, and environmentally responsible from the outset. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of civil, structural and landscape architecture professionals, we are leading a rigorous option-selection process to ensure the preferred design for Tullow is not only visually engaging, but technically deliverable and sustainable for the long term.

The project will also involve careful management of statutory requirements and stakeholder engagement, helping to ensure that every intervention supports the wider community vision for Market Square. Led by Eoin and Mark, our team is committed to demonstrating how integrated engineering can help create better, more resilient public spaces.
