The coveted award honouring excellence in British homebuilding recognised Goodluck Hope, a residential-led Development of 841 homes on Leamouth Peninsula.

Launched in 2017, with the first completions in 2020, this island neighbourhood of apartments, lofts and townhouses stayed true to its maritime history with industrial-inspired design.
