Our London office was delighted to take part in a Construction Careers Day at Highworth Grammar School, helping to inspire the next generation of construction professionals.

It was a fantastic day of interactive workshops, with Year 9 students exploring disciplines including Architecture, Building Control, Civil & Structural Engineering, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, Health & Safety, Programming & Planning, and Quantity Surveying. Our team really enjoyed sharing insights into a career in Civil, Structural, Mechanical & Electrical engineering, discussing the different routes into the industry, and leading hands-on activities that encouraged creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork. It was great to see such enthusiasm from the students as they presented their ideas, asked thoughtful questions, and explored the opportunities available within the industry.
