We are delighted to share the site progress of the 95-bedroom Pont A Hotel with a gross floor area of 2,531m² arranged over 5 – 8 storeys over basement located at the corner of Oliver Bond Street and St. Augustine Street, Christchurch, Dublin 8. OCSC is providing Civil & Structural Consultancy services on this Design and Build project with Sheahan & Collins Construction (S&C). Construction works are progressing well with piling being currently installed.
