O’Connor Sutton Cronin is delighted to announce the successful achievement of Gateway 2 approval as Civil and Structural Engineers for the Southside Residencies, in partnership with Prosperity Developments. Southside Residencies will deliver 146 stylish new apartments-offering a thoughtful mix of one- and two-bedroom homes across 12 storeys. The scheme is on track for completion in Q3 2027, with the team now progressing toward Gateway 3 submission. We look forward to helping shape a vibrant new community and continuing our collaboration with Prosperity Developments and all our project partners.
