O’Connor Sutton Cronin was appointed by Berkeley First as Multidisciplinary Engineers for the redevelopment of the Former Akzo Nobel Chemical Works in Pier Road, Gillingham adjacent to the Thames Estuary.

  • To date, OCSC has completed the engineering design for Blocks L, E, A, B, C, and D.
  • A total of 350 units have been completed.
  • O’Connor Sutton Cronin provided both civil and structural services for the redevelopment of the Former Akzo Nobel Chemical works on the pier road.
