Waters Technology commissioned O’Connor Sutton Cronin as their MEP and Sustainability consultant for their proposed plant, warehouse, and car park expansion.

  • Waters Technology is an 80,000 sq. ft. State-of-the-art manufacturing plant in the IDA Business Park, Drinagh, Wexford. Specifically, the company designs manufacture sells, and services ultra-performance liquid chromatography, high-performance liquid chromatography, chromatography columns and chemistry products, mass spectrometry systems, thermal analysis, and rheometry instruments.
  • The project involved an upgrade to the existing building and develop a new building and car park. The project included a new high bay warehousing space as well as new production areas. Along with a new open plan office, administrative areas, training/assembly area, meeting/conference room, kitchenette, store, and toilets. The extension adjoins the existing manufacturing facility which includes but is not limited to assembly rooms, laboratories, clean rooms, offices, toilets, and a warehouse. The project has achieved LEED Gold standard.
