Belgrave Middleway site occupies a 4.72 hectare land, within the Ballsal Heath Neighborhood to the south eastern edge of Birmingham city centre, on Belgrave Middleway.
The site is bounded by Belgrave Middleway to the north, Haden Way to the east, Sherbourne Road to the south and Hospital Road/Percy Shurmer Primary School to the west.
- Residential development comprising 438 dwellings in 2no. apartment blocks and 14no. terraced housing blocks
- The terraced housing blocks are generally 2 to 3 storeys and consist of 2 and 3 bedroom terraced dwellings, a number of 4 storey low rise apartment blocks at the end of the terraces, accommodating 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, totaling 174 residential dwelling.
- The high rise blocks’ structural frame consists of 250mm insitu RC flat slab on piled foundations ranging in diameter between 450 and 600mm
- The external facade is predominantly light pale brick and clip on balconies.
