O’Connor Sutton Cronin has been appointed by Urbane as MEP & Civil & Structural Consulting Engineers for the Mall Ealing Co-Living
Development. The project consists of 81No. Co-Living Units with communal kitchens and shared ground-floor living space.
- The project utilised high-efficiency hot water heating sourced via Air Source Heat Pumps.
- The interior design concept was completed by Squire & Partners – OCSC worked closely with the Design Team & Client in developing the optimum design solution.
- The project is an exemplary example of sleek design for the modern tech worker in London.
