O’Connor Sutton Cronin were appointed as Civil and Structural Consultants for all buildings in Phase 1 of the 800 residential and mixed-use development as well as site-wide drainage.
Phase one included :
- Plot A – This plot comprises of a 5 storey residential block, a restored church (with a new mezzanine), and a sports facility including a gym, studios, changing rooms, and an outdoor swimming pool.
- There is an extensive landscaped area between these buildings, with a cloister link between them.
- Plot B – Two residential blocks up to 8 storeys high with a landscaped podium at First Floor above a large single retail store. Retail parking for 115 cars is provided on a basement level below.
- Plot C – Two residential blocks up to 9 storeys high with a landscaped podium at First Floor above a 4-screen cinema complex and smaller retail and F&B units.
- Plot G – 8 level car park with boat storage facility at the south end. The plot will also include a 7 storey residential block backing against the west side of the car park.
