The new home of the English National Ballet is part of the Ecoworld – Ballymore London City Island Development. This is the centerpiece of a mixed-use development and adjoins a multi-storey car park with two high rise residential buildings above. O’Connor Sutton Cronin were appointed as Consulting Civil and Structural Engineers to deliver this prestigious signature building for the Ecoworld – Ballymore.
- Building contains a studio with a fully operational fly tower
- English National Balletto perform, rehearse and record performances
- 7 dance rehearsal studios, lecture rooms, offices, costume/set-making facilities, fitness suite
- OCSC carried out detailed frequency analysis of the building to ensure the Ballet’s vibration criteria adhered to
- Long span precast concrete beams
- Column free studios
