The new home of the English National Ballet is part of the Ecoworld – Ballymore London City Island Development. This is the centerpiece of a mixed-use development and adjoins a multi-storey car park with two high rise residential buildings above.  O’Connor Sutton Cronin were appointed as Consulting Civil and Structural Engineers to deliver this prestigious signature building for the Ecoworld – Ballymore.

  • Building contains a studio with a fully operational fly tower
  • English National Balletto perform, rehearse and record performances
  • 7 dance rehearsal studios, lecture rooms, offices, costume/set-making facilities, fitness suite
  • OCSC carried out detailed frequency analysis of the building to ensure the Ballet’s vibration criteria adhered to
  • Long span precast concrete beams
  • Column free studios
