O’Connor Sutton Cronin were delighted to provide the civil and structural engineering design services for the renovations to the former Templeton Hotel, now renamed as The Rabbit Hotel & Retreat alongside Cheah Rothe Ltd.
The main aspects of this project involved extensive design alterations and refurbishment to the existing internal areas which was inclusive of a bedroom extension.
The addition of a new wedding and banqueting venue The Loft, offers unabridged luxury in a tranquil and magical setting. High vaulted ceilings, chandeliers, marble dining tables, feature fireplaces and a stunning romantic lake view from the spacious terrace, provides the ideal setting for a perfect wedding day.
